EMQ Releases MQTTTX 1.10.1: Introducing Custom AI Integration and Streamlined CLI Installation

This version introduces customizable AI integration, one-click command line interface (CLI) installation, and improved web client security, further simplifying MQTT testing and development.

Key Features of MQTTX 1.10.1

  • Custom AI Copilot API Support: In previous versions, MQTTX Copilot (integrated AI assistant) was limited to using the built-in OpenAI API. Users can now integrate their preferred AI services, extending beyond the built-in OpenAI API. This allows for integrating various AI services beyond just OpenAI.
  • One-Click MQTTX CLI Installation: Users can now install the MQTTX CLI tool directly from the desktop client, eliminating manual setup and simplifying the setup process.
  • Enhanced Web Client Security: The MQTTX Web online address has been moved to https://mqttx.app/web-client for enhanced security and compliance. This requires users to update their WebSocket connections to use wss:// instead of ws://.
  • Default Protocol Configuration: Users can now set default protocols (like WebSocket or MQTT over SSL) in configuration files, reducing the need to specify them for each connection.
