Serverless

The Serverless plan is an excellent starting point for utilizing the EMQX MQTT Platform, designed for fully-managed, auto-scaling EMQX clusters. It’s designed for businesses at the early stages of development, catering to moderate connectivity and performance requirements, and delivering standard MQTT connection services at a competitive rate.

• Session Minutes: Charged at $2.00 per million. This includes sessions initiated within a minute or part thereof, encompassing also disconnected clients with sessions retained by the broker.
• Traffic: Priced at $0.15 per GB covering all inbound and outbound messages processed by the deployment.
• Rule Actions: Costing $0.25 per million, this refers to the total number of actions executed within Data Integration processes.

Free Quota: Monthly allocations include 1 million session minutes, 1 GB of traffic, and 1 million rule actions at no cost.

Dedicated

Designed for the construction of mission-critical IoT applications, the Dedicated plan features a dedicated MQTT cluster hosted within an independent Virtual Private Cloud (VPC). This ensures a unique and reliable environment. The dedicated deployment includes an EMQX cluster with multiple nodes, guaranteeing continuous service delivery. This plan is ideal for meeting the high-performance demands and superior support required for scenarios with high throughput and concurrency.

The following table outlines our pricing structure, which is categorized into four tiers based on the hourly rate, session limit, TPS (Transactions Per Second) limit, and included monthly traffic. Additional traffic beyond the included amount is billed per GB.

Premium

Premium Plan is our top-tier, enterprise-grade fully managed MQTT service, designed specifically for mission-critical IoV, IoT, and IIoT applications in enterprises. It builds upon the capabilities of the Dedicated Plan, introducing additional features such as a dedicated storage layer, durable sessions, event history, cluster linking, and Kafka streaming. These features are tailored to support mission-critical applications that require enhanced performance, reliability, and scalability at a global scale.

Pricing: Annual Subscription + Usage-Based Traffic Fees

• Cluster Base Fee: Annual subscription based on the deployment size/specification.

• Usage-Based Traffic Fee: Charged based on actual data transfer, applies to both inbound and outbound network traffic.

BYOC (Bring Your Own Cloud)

The BYOC plan allows customers to deploy the EMQX Enterprise cluster on their cloud infrastructure while benefiting from management and technical support by the EMQX team. Enterprise
